At Ashwear, we aim to process and deliver your orders in a timely and transparent manner.

1. Order Processing

   All orders are processed within 48 hours of successful payment or order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

   Orders are shipped via Delhivery or other reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Charges

   Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

   Tracking details will be shared via email once the order is shipped, provided a valid email address is entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided link.


5. Delays & Liability

   Ashwear is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In case of significant delays, customers may contact our support team for assistance.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

   Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Service Availability

   Delivery is subject to serviceability of the pin code by our logistics partners.
