Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDER POLICY

At Ashwear, approximately 70% of our products are ready to ship and are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.

The remaining 30% of our collection consists of unique, specially sourced and made-to-order products that may not be readily available elsewhere in India. These products are specially arranged for our customers and allow us to offer unique products at competitive prices.

HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK

Pre-order items are made to order and/or specially sourced after you place your order. The process may involve manufacturing, international shipping, customs clearance, transportation to India, quality checking, packaging and final domestic delivery.

Due to this process, pre-order items generally require approximately 3–4 weeks for delivery. The estimated delivery timeline will always be clearly mentioned on the individual product description before you place your order.

YOUR COMMITMENT

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read and understood the stated delivery timeline and agree to wait for the product to be specially arranged for you.

Once a pre-order has been confirmed and the sourcing, manufacturing or procurement process has commenced, cancellations due to a change of mind, unwillingness to wait, or simply no longer wanting the product will not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights and applicable law.

Every pre-order requires us to personally undertake the sourcing and fulfilment process specifically for your order. Therefore, please place a pre-order only when you are certain that you want the product and are comfortable with the stated delivery timeframe.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

The stated 3–4 weeks is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. International shipping, customs clearance, carrier delays, logistical disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect the delivery timeline.

If there is a significant delay beyond the stated timeframe, we will keep you informed and handle the order in accordance with our applicable policies and legal obligations.
